Join White Harvest Farms Manager, Mallory Schott, for an informative class about probiotic fermentation at home. Mallory has been fermenting sauerkraut, kombucha and ginger beer since 2013. Attendees can expect to begin the class with an overview of the fundamentals of fermentation, to get hands-on preparing sauerkraut and to take home a quart of sauerkraut to ferment themselves at home. The cabbage and other ingredients used in the workshop will come from White Harvest Farm and attendees ticket purchase will support a scholarship ticket for mothers at the Sulzbacher. This event is made possible with donations and support from the Junior League of Jacksonville.
